The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! At Baughman UMC we bring Bible stories to life through activities and conversations that keep children engaged. We want children to love God’s Word and understand its value in their lives. Whether the children are hearing a Bible story, creating with their hands, or singing from their hearts, we want them to know that God loves them.
Our staff and team members who are Safe Sanctuaries trained and certified want your children to know the importance of strong relationships and the value of being part of a loving, faithful community.
We believe what happens at home is more important than what happens at church and no one has more influence on your child than you. It is our hope that we can partner with you and be your biggest fan, your strongest supporter, and your trusted guide as you raise your child to know what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus.

Ages 3 to 5th Grade
We want every child to know that they are made in the image of God, they can have a relationship with Him, and they can know His love. We help them recognize that the Holy Spirit is at work in their hearts so they have the power to do good and become more like Jesus. Sunday School and Children’s Worship meets on the third floor of the education building.
NURSERY
A loving place where your children birth to age 3 will receive quality care by dedicated Safe Sanctuaries trained volunteers. Our nursery is available on Sunday mornings during both worship services and Wednesday evenings. The nursery is located on the first floor near the sanctuary.
