Rev. Jean Felty
Interim Pastor
Pastor Jean is married, mother of two sons, and grandmother (Meme) to 8 grandchildren. She and her husband, John, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and their English Cocker Spaniel, ‘Sophie.’
She enjoys the simpler things of life: picnics, exploring country, towns, and cities, as well as state and local parks of Pennsylvania and beyond.
She is a graduate of Middletown Area High School, Harrisburg Area Community College and Lebanon Valley College. In 2009 she graduated from Lancaster Theological Seminary and was later ordained in the United Methodist Church.
She most recently retired from full-time ministry at New Bloomfield UMC. Jean is currently serving as our Intentional Interim Pastor.

Alissa Cooper
Children & Youth Education Director
Alissa graduated from Clarion University with a Master of Arts in Reading and is a former elementary school teacher. She was the founder and Executive Director of Heart for Uganda, Africa, for more than ten years.
Alissa serves the children of Baughman birth through 12th grades and enjoys ministering to families in New Cumberland and the surrounding area.
Alissa has three beautiful children, Caleb, Vanea, and Gabriel.

Heather Arnold
Choir & Contemporary Worship Director
Heather is a longtime member of Baughman UMC where she directs the choir, hand bells, and leads the contemporary worship team. She plays numerous instruments, marched in the high school marching band, drum and bugle corps, twirled a flag in indoor guard, and has instructed high school musicians. Heather has two children and a basset hound. She is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.

Rhonda Rudy
Office Manager
Rhonda is an experienced church administrator who brings her gifts of management, communications, and organization to our church office. Rhonda is a veteran in children’s ministries and founder of His Hands Puppeteers where she spent 20 years embracing the hearts of children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is an accomplished puppet, props, and scenery designer. She served as Vice-President of the Fellowship of Christian Puppeteers, Conference Director for the Eastern PA Performing Arts Festival, and has served as workshop facilitator at National FCP Conferences. Rhonda and her husband, Dave, have been married 38 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.

Dana Sanborn
Treasurer
Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children.
Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman UMC.
She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime.

Dr. Charles Seifert
Church Organist
Charles is a musical man on a mission! He continues to pour his lifetime passion for music into the church and can often be found teaching seminary courses in choir and worship music overseas. Charles served 12 years as a strings and orchestra instructor in public schools and spent 21 years as the Professor of Music at Eastern Nazarene College. Charles has devoted his life to helping the next generation become effective ministers in a secular world. He has three sons and several grandchildren.
