At Baughman UMC our team is passionate about helping people GROW in their relationship with Christ, DISCOVER their spiritual gifts, DEEPEN their relationships with each other, and SERVE their community.
Reverend Joshua Davinsizer
Rev. Joshua Davinsizer is a Pennsylvania native who was born and raised in Bellwood. He comes to Baughman UMC with a passion and enthusiasm for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a real heart for making disciples for Christ. Pastor Josh first felt his call into ministry at age five and he has pursued his call into ordained ministry in the United Methodist Church ever since.
Pastor Josh’s mission in life is to fully serve Christ in everything he does. His zeal for ministry can be summarized by Rev. John Wesley, to ‘reform the nation, particularly the church; and to spread scriptural holiness over the land.’
Pastor Josh believes that it is by the power of the Holy Spirit, through the blessing of our Heavenly Father, that we are called together to build the Kingdom of God in the greater New Cumberland area and fulfill Jesus’ command to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19).
Pastor Josh graduated from Lycoming College in 2012 and received a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2015. He lives with his best friend, Indiana Jones (better known as Indy), his favorite Welch Corgi.
Pastor Rayhan Owens
Director of Family Ministries
Pastor Rayhan Owens was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He began his ministry at the age of 17. Rayhan believes his ministerial call is to gather people from all different nationalities and cultures together for worship. He is passionate about serving families and children by providing programs and ministries that help them grow through the sanctification and justification of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because Rayhan’s call is to minister to different cultures, his motto for ministry is “helping hurting people.” He believes that our role as servants of Christ is to meet people where they are, just like Jesus did. He believes that everyone can experience God’s redemption, restoration, and salvation through the saving grace of Christ Jesus.
Rayhan is a recent graduate of Cairn University.

Choir & Handbell Director
Heather is a longtime member of Baughman UMC where she serves as the Choir & Handbell Director and sings with the praise & worship team. She plays numerous instruments, marched in the high school marching band, drum and bugle corps, twirled a flag in indoor guard, and has instructed high school musicians. Heather has two children and a basset hound. She is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.
Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children.
Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman UMC.
She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime.
Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord, giving thanks through Him to God the Father. Col 3:17
